We began this project with an audit to understand current knowledge and performance on social media. We then held strategy sessions with RES to establish their business, marketing and social media objectives, better understand their target audiences and begin to brainstorm content ideas.
We identified several quick wins to optimise their social media channels and start producing engaging content across Facebook, Twitter and later on Instagram.
We then got down to the task of working with RES to create content and deliver on their objectives. As we started to see results we identified that conversions (donations) were not happening due to the website layout and set up so we offered to redesign their WordPress website. Since the redesign and ongoing web and social media content they have seen their first donations and a continued increase in new users, both through organic search and social media.
As well as creating content and their strategy we provided advice and support to help the team create their own content and see results. We continue to offer advice for RES and help them with copywriting and content, and have since helped them get set up on Google My Business and YouTube.
