During the first week taking over their social media content management in 2018 our posts on Instagram had become the Academy’s most engaged with ever, and achieved the most link clicks of the previous two years.

Since then we have continued to grow their channels, engage their audiences and increase conversions. Check out some key stats for 2020 below.

Our approach

This work began with a strategy session designed to ascertain The TEFL Academy’s business, marketing and social media objectives, to gain a better understanding of their target customers and establish their tone of voice.

Using this we created insight based customer personas and developed a comprehensive social media strategy with realistic key performance indicators. We also held a creative content session to agree key content themes and types, enabling us to create an ongoing content calendar to meet the Academy’s objectives and the needs of its students. 

Working with the Academy we continue to create ongoing organic content and paid Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, constantly seeking new creative opportunities, learning from insights and building a passionate community of teachers.
